When Spring arrives, we don our glad rags and treat the ladies to a day out at Highwoods Golf Club. This year was no different.
The Greenstaff worked their socks off to get the course into magnificent condition; the greens were perfect. This is no mean achievement, considering the winter we’ve had.
Once again, the kitchen excelled themselves; everyone raved about the food! And, for good reason, the Cherry Crumble Tart was delicious, and I could have eaten two of them!
